Do my players need the app?

No. Store staff can add walk-in players, and public store and event pages can be viewed without an account.

Can I try it before creating an account?

Yes. The store demo includes sample tournaments you can explore and change. Demo changes stay in your tab; reset or reload to start fresh.

Does Arena replace official tournament software?

For local play, Arena can run supported pairings and results. For sanctioned events, follow your publisher’s requirements and use its official system for sanctioning and reporting. Companion tools and file support vary by game.

Is Deck Box Arena still in beta?

Yes. Arena is evolving with local store feedback. Visit Support if you have a question or something gets in the way of game night.
